Italiana Progetti is a multidisciplinary partnership founded in 2004 in Grugliasco. We put around the same table the people who draw and the people who calculate, those who care for the detail and those who think about the construction site.

and proposes architecture of quality where attention and care of the detail
are the founding principles.
Our edge lies in the multidisciplinary nature of the practice: the simultaneous presence of different competences allows us to evaluate structural, services, economic, maintenance and safety problems from the very first stage of a project, accompanying the client all the way to the final delivery.
Four phases, one team
We work as an integrated studio: no hand-offs between disciplines, no surprises on site. Even when commissioned for a single role, we approach it with the awareness of the entire process.
Briefing
Understanding the goal, the constraints, the client. Translating wishes and regulations into concrete design questions.
Concept & feasibility
Functional layout, first structural and MEP calculations, cost estimates. The moment when the project finds its balance.
Integrated design
Architectural, structural, services, safety, costing. Every drawing passes through the hands of the same team.
Construction supervision
Coordination of contractors, monitoring of schedule and costs, quality of execution. The design promise becomes a real building.
General contracting
When required, we take charge of the entire process: from sourcing the plot to handing over the finished building.
Post-completion
The project goes on: we commission the systems, we accompany the client through testing and the first months of operation.

Italiana Progetti is part of the Italian Chambers of Commerce Abroad network — the institutional reference point for Italian firms operating on international markets. A structured channel for feasibility studies, project coordination and general contracting in the Gulf and beyond.
