Categories of data we collect
Data you voluntarily provide via the contact form
First and last name, email address, phone number (optional), project type and the content of your message.
Browsing data
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and may temporarily collect, for technical and security reasons (e.g. attack mitigation, rate-limiting), information such as IP address, user-agent and request timestamps. Such data is not used for profiling and is deleted within the technical timeframes required.
Purposes and legal basis
- Replying to enquiries — legal basis: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and explicit consent.
- Site security — legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Compliance with legal obligations — legal basis: Art. 6.1.c GDPR.
Retention
Messages received via the form are retained for the time strictly necessary to respond, and up to 24 months for pre-contractual and traceability purposes. Technical security logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days.
Disclosure and transfer
Data may be processed by external suppliers acting as data processors: Cloudflare Inc. (hosting & security) and, where activated, Resend Inc. (transactional email delivery). Such suppliers operate in compliance with the GDPR and on the basis of standard contractual clauses for any extra-EU transfer.
Cookies
The site uses only technical and session cookies necessary for proper operation. There are no profiling or third-party analytics cookies. Embedded services (e.g. Google Maps on the Contact page) may set their own technical cookies upon user interaction.
Your rights
Under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR you may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, by writing to itp@itpsrl.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).
